Life balance
Due to my mature age;-) and acquired experiences, I already know that the most important thing in life is balance, allowing us to enjoy health, energy, and life comfort every day without any painful ailments. The areas we should particularly take care of in our daily lives concern both our body and our mind and emotions.
Work methods
I always start my cooperation with Clients with a thorough diagnosis aimed at locating "weak links" that disrupt the body's functions. I look for them both in the body itself, in emotions (stress) and in mind (habits). I most often use tools from the fields of soft tissue therapy, massage, movement therapy, functional training.
Prevention is a priority, and the Client's health is the reward.
Privately
I enjoy any form of physical activity, preferably in the great outdoors. I am fascinated by experiencing life through travel. I love reading, which is why I willingly deepen my knowledge on topics related to body, spirit, and mind.
