What do you need to know before your first training session at Studio MEDICAL-TRAINER.PL?

Try not to come directly after a heavy meal.

Bring comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict movement, a water bottle, and a towel.

It is recommended that the client arrives at least 10 minutes early in order to prepare for individual and group training.

Personal/medical training (referred to as Training) typically consists of the following elements:

  • 5/10 minutes - individual warm-up in the CARDIO zone - performed independently before the scheduled training session
  • 55 minutes - the actual training session with the trainer's assistance
  • 5 to 15 minutes - cooling down in the CARDIO zone - performed independently after the training session

The small group training lasts approximately 55 minutes.

It is recommended to use minimalist footwear (e.g., Merrell Glove) or train in non-slip socks.
