It is a combination of personal training and physiotherapy.
It signifies a system of diagnosing, treating, and training based on observing movements performed by patients in everyday life. The basic premise of such work is to depart from individual muscle groups and single joints and focus on the goal of the movement being performed in the appropriate pattern. This is an extraordinary form of physical activity, which, through individually selected corrective, functional exercises or movement therapy, aims to help improve the quality of life (pain-free) and restore proper posture and body mass.
If you need additional motivation for exercising and dislike exercising alone, opt for training in a small group of 6-8 people and exercise under the supervision of a medical trainer/physiotherapist in an intimate group.
These sessions will help strengthen your body, protect it from pain symptoms, and enable you to move properly every day. People suffering from mobility deficits, particularly those who work seated, can benefit greatly from these sessions. We also offer classes for seniors conducted by a physiotherapist.
A service designed for anyone who has experienced acute or, especially, chronic pain.
My method of combating pain is based on diagnostics aimed at detecting functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system, so-called "trigger points" (imbalance of tension), through range of motion testing, palpation of painful structures, assessment of muscle strength, and body posture in static and dynamic conditions. Then, through an individually tailored "repair" kit containing soft tissue therapy (muscles, tendons) and fascia work, we aim to relax tense structures and strengthen weakened ones. After restoring balance within a given area (joint), the pain subsides, and you can move on to preventive training to permanently get rid of it.
Elderly individuals often resign from an active lifestyle mainly due to prolonged pain, injuries, surgery, or illness.
Research shows that appropriate physical activity in the elderly significantly improves the quality of life, allowing them to return to their passions and activities that once brought them joy. The intensity of training and the selection of appropriate exercises are crucial in this case. The key principle of training for seniors is moderate exertion. It is good if physical activity is performed every day or every other day.
Rehabilitation sessions combining movement therapy with manual therapy are intended for individuals after injuries, traumas, and surgical procedures.
By combining soft tissue therapy with properly selected exercises, you will recover full functionality more quickly.
Preoperative rehabilitation constitutes appropriate preparation that allows for an effective return to full functionality after undergoing a surgical procedure.
As part of the preparation for the procedure, it is necessary to: strengthen the muscles around the surgical site, work on proper ranges of joint mobility, balance muscle tension, and, above all, exercise activities and functions that may be excluded by the surgery. Remember – preoperative mobility determines the body's ability to restore lost functions!
Functional training is a good option for individuals who are just starting their adventure with physical activity or have had a long break from it.
The goal of the training is the holistic development of the entire body in all movement patterns and motor characteristics. Functional training is characterized by a wide variety and range of movements, which reduces the risk of injuries during everyday activities and allows us to move more confidently and efficiently.
Intended for sports enthusiasts, semi-professionals, and professionals aware that sports carry the risk of injuries.
Secured against injuries in the appropriate manner, you can be sure that nothing will prevent you from achieving better results in your sport.
